FaBd Art Classes - Terms and Conditions The following terms & conditions cover all our courses unless otherwise stated in supporting documentation.
1. Fees
Full fee for each class is always payable at least 48 hrs in advance of that class.
To reserve a seat, a 25% non-refundable deposit must be paid no later than 1 week prior to the class for FaBd to hold the position.
Failure to pay fees may result in the loss of position on applicable course(s).
If, by prior arrangement, you have attended a first art class and are paying weekly, but decide not to come back, your position in FaBd Art Classes may be lost. As a weekly-paying customer, you will not owe the outstanding balance of the course if you do not return.
2. Refund & Cancellations
All cancellations will incur a £5 fee per student booking. For all courses no refunds will be given within 7 days of the commencement date, unless there is a waiting list and a replacement enrolment can be secured. If you cancel a course more than 7 days before the course commencement date, you will be entitled to a refund less your 25% non-refundable deposit.
Where a class is postponed due to circumstances beyond our control the class will be rescheduled to another date and all students will be notified.
SICKNESS or PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES: If you miss one or more sessions during the term due to sickness or personal circumstances, you will still need to pay for the sessions missed if you wish to continue the course, as the space has been held for you. You will not be entitled to a fee reduction or credit for the missed classes. In some cases of illness or injury where the full Course has been missed, we are happy to transfer your enrolment to a future course of your choice.
For any requests we will respond to your request promptly. Should you not hear from us within 48 hours - please check your spam. For any cancellations, you must receive an email confirmation from us that we have received your request for the cancellation to proceed.
FaBd Art Classes will make every effort to ensure that all courses proceed as advertised. However, all courses are subject to minimum enrolment numbers and we reserve the right to cancel any course where minimum numbers are not reached.
